Here are mine (I'm drooling already):
1. Caesar salad with salmon.

2. Macaroni and cheese.

3. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes.

4. A full English breakfast.

5. Cookie dough-flavored ice cream.

My daily occurrences, my weekly thoughts, my monthly plans and my yearly reflections. Writing about life is easy. Living through it certainly is not.

Background
My name is Michael Rivera and I am a Filipino-Chinese, 18-year-old student living in Canterbury, but originally from Hong Kong. My parents divorced when I was two, and when I grew up, there were two sides of me: the wild, outdoorsy, gutsy side, and the conservative, intellectual, scholarly side. I spent two years living beside a beach in the countryside. It was then that I learned how to swim, how to fish and how to ride a bike. I love the outdoors, especially when having barbecues and hiking. Outside of that time, my more studious side of me reads, writes, and has a great interest in a broad range of subjects including: television and film, travel, anthropology, human cultures, linguistics, food and drink, psychology, philosophy, literature, forensics, Greco-Roman mythology, European history and politics, South American culture and geology. My deepest love goes to, well, my best friend. But the love that exists just a tiny fraction below that amount of love goes to television series, beautiful beaches, lime margaritas, and books considered classics.

Mmmmm . . . those all sound really good right about now. Especially the salmon. I haven't had that in a while and it's in my top five favorite foods.
Now who's posting the blogs about the yummy foods?
:0]
1. Pasta with Marinara sauce with chicken, shrimp, scallops, lobster, or strips of sirloin (grilled, all of them).
2. Lemon pepper chicken.
3. Grilled Mahi Mahi (aka Dolphin)
4. Something we, in the States, call "Tater Tots", deep fried and hot. Lemon pepper seasoning.
5 Chicken Enchiladas con arroz y frijoles.
Not necessarily in that order.

4) Beef curry, pickled vegetables and nasi lemak (rice cooked with coconut milk, a popular Malaysian breakfast)

Oh, Randa. I posted this when I was full so it didn't create a hunger within me. :)
Douglas, any seafood with pasta is very, very nice, especially with marinara sauce.
Everyday Housewife: I LOVE NASI LEMAK. Very good stuff. I've only had it twice when I went to holiday in Kuala Lumpur and I was only 11 or 12. It was really great.
I might just do a small feature for these two lists. I think food is utterly fabulous.
1. Roast beef and mashed potatoes
2) My mom's spaghetti
3) My mom's lasagna
4) Chicken Caesar salad
5) Fetticini Alfredo
